Weekly Photo Challenge: Masterpiece

Masterpieces are not hard to find. It’s just that we need to slow down enough to appreciate them. My favorite part about Europe is how much they love to display their art around the city. You could stroll down a small residential alley way just to find a masterpiece when rounding the corner.

    1. Hello yarnwuseleien, unfortunately no. 😦 But I did live in Germany about an hours south of Nurnberg. I was there on a field trip with my son and his architectural design class. I have also been there for their Volksfest which is quite fun. Do you live there? Or have traveled there?

      2. Oh I never had the chance to visit Hamburg. The closest I ever went up north was Frankfurt or Amsterdam. We are thinking of moving back to Germany. So it may be I will get a chance to visit Hamburg. 🙂

      2. I have to say it was the door knockers that caught my eye. 😉 They give the doors a gothic look, don’t they?
